Mrs. Ann Abigail (Fennell) Pierpoint, 68, of Cottageville, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at Trident Medical Center. 

Funeral services will be held 1 pm, Friday, May 15, 2015 at Jacksonboro Baptist Church, 14749 Charleston Highway, Jacksonboro.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday from 12 noon until the hour of service at the church.

Mrs. Pierpoint was born December 21, 1946 in Charleston and was a daughter of Jessie Lee (Priester) Fennell and the late William Martin Fennell.  She retired as a graphic artist from the print shop at The Citadel.  Mrs. Pierpoint was a faithful and active member of Jacksonboro Baptist Church.  She loved to fish, but most of all, she was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family.

Surviving are: her husband Glenford Pierpoint of Cottageville; mother, Jessie Lee Fennell of North Charleston; sons, Tyger Benton and his wife Bamby of Ridgeville, Mark Benton and his wife Alicia of Round O, Arthur Pierpoint and his wife Charlie of Cross, and Michael Pierpoint of Cross; daughters, Susan Unger and her husband Ward of Ladson, Glenda Pierpoint of North Charleston, and Deanna Mole and her husband Paul of North Charleston; grandchildren, Christopher Benton and his fiancé Tiffany Mattox, Kevin Benton, Abigail Benton, Sydney Benton, Jessica Ross, Johnny Fain, Stephen Pierpoint, Matthew Pierpoint, Paula Mole and Mia Weber; sisters, Martha Steele and her husband Donald of Hanahan and Margo Fennell of Ladson; mother-in-law, Jeanne (Miller) Pierpoint of Livingston Manor, New York; sisters-in-law, Judy Fennell of Timmonsville, Willis Fennell of Eutawville, and Phyllis Cox of Livingston Manor, New York; and well as many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her brothers, Dargan Darrell “Pete” Fennell and William Fennell, Jr.
